Sanitary Partition System (SP System) Summary

Core Design and Application This is an aluminum profile system without a thermal break, specifically designed for the fabrication of sanitary partitions and cubicles. The discreet, simple, and elegant design allows for easy integration into various facilities, including schools, public institutions, sports centers, and commercial buildings.

Key Applications:

Materials and Specifications The system uses extruded aluminum profiles (EN AW6060 T66 alloy) protected by anodizing or electrostatic powder coating (QUALIANOD/QUALICOAT standards).

Hardware and Installation The design simplifies fabrication and saves time. Key features include:

The ASC ED system is designed for the production of interior doors and offers the possibility of fabricating door frames that can be adapted to the depth of the opening due to its adjustable aluminum profiles. It is also possible to implement door leaves made of wood, glass only, or aluminum profiles into the system. Another advantage is the ability to fabricate a door frame with a transom (fanlight). A key benefit of the system is that no final masonry work is required after installation.

Lift-and-slide door system, simple to manufacture. Contemporary and modern design, with the option to choose both sliding sashes or with one fixed panel. Outstanding technical performance and quality.

HIGH TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE + MODERN DESIGN The ASC lift-and-slide doors are a new product in the offering, ideal for use in residential, commercial, hospitality, and public buildings.

The system is equipped with a double thermal break. Combined with LDPE profiles, which fill the space between the glass and the aluminum profile, and XPS profiles, which fill the space in the thermal break zone, the system achieves high thermal performance, designated as “Thermal Insulation HI+”.

The advantage of the ASC Lift-and-Slide system is that water drainage is not performed by introducing water into the profile, thereby preventing the appearance of water inside the room. All water is drained externally through a thoroughly and well-designed path.

Another advantage of the ASC Lift-and-Slide system is the possibility of installation with an exceptionally low sill height, qualifying it for use in facilities that must meet all requirements for people with disabilities. The system features an aluminum trim that allows it to seamlessly and easily integrate into all types of reveals, whether they are made of composite panels, HPL, or external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS/Demit facade), as well as easy integration with interior finishes. There is an option to choose doors with one sliding sash and one fixed panel, or with both sashes sliding.

The system features profiled sections designed to accept hardware from all major renowned manufacturers.

The ASC W88 is our third-generation aluminum-wood system for windows and doors, constructed from thermally broken aluminum profiles featuring 32 mm wide polyamide strips.

ASC WOOD System Summary:

1. Primary Features and Performance ASC WOOD is an aluminum profile system with a thermal break combined with hardwood interior cladding, designed mainly for residential buildings. It offers two standard models (using 24mm and 32mm polyamide bars) with identical looks but different levels of thermal insulation. The system allows for flexible, further thermal insulation upgrades using special materials, ensuring full rationalization based on specific window requirements.

2. Materials and Surface Protection The system uses extruded aluminum profiles (alloy EN AW6060, condition T6). Aluminum profiles are protected by anodic oxidation or electrostatic powder coating in accordance with QUALIANOD and QUALICOAT standards. The thermal break is achieved using high-quality polyamide bars (Technoform or Ensinger) compliant with EN 14024. Wooden profiles are made from hardwood (oak, ash, beech), treated for low moisture (max 8%), and protected with customer-chosen finishes.

3. Use, Hardware, and Accessories The system is suitable for all types of residential windows and balcony doors (including tilt and slide). Hardware is designed for simple workshop production and accepts all types of standard PVC window and sliding hardware. Sealing is achieved using EPDM gaskets and specially designed CASTED POLYAMIDE elements that ensure easy profile cutting and a quality sealing system. The recommendation for fillings is to use double-glazed glass for the ASC W80 model and triple-glazed glass for the other two systems.

A thermally broken profile system for an average budget, yet delivering solid/good technical performance.

Compatible with all other systems, especially in terms of visual integration.

Adapted for the installation of all types of window and door hardware (or fittings).

A perfect blend of cost-effectiveness and technical performance. Thermal systems for windows and doors are widely used in both residential construction and commercial and public buildings (schools, hospitals, nursing homes, etc.).

Our offering includes three basic models with a thermal break width of 24, 32, and 54mm, all with a completely identical appearance.

From both the exterior and the interior, these systems offer the flexibility to choose in accordance with the planned budget and desired technical performance.

Technical performance of the chosen system can be significantly improved with specific details and materials.

The installation of all types and configurations of double and triple-pane glass is possible.

XPS profiles fill the space of the thermal break between the polyamide strips, thereby significantly improving the thermal insulation of the window.

LDPE profiles are used to fill the space between the glass and the aluminum profile of the frame (sash), which significantly reduces air permeability under wind load, while simultaneously achieving a better level of thermal insulation.

A profile system with a thermal break that possesses an ideal balance of technical performance, quality, and price. A large number of profile shapes and cross-sections meet all the aesthetic and technical requirements of clients.
