The ASC W80 is our third-generation aluminum-wood system for windows and doors, constructed from thermally broken aluminum profiles featuring 24 mm wide polyamide strips.
ASC WOOD System Summary
-
Core Concept: ASC WOOD is an aluminum profile system with a thermal break, combined with real wood profiles for interior cladding, primarily designed for residential buildings.
-
Aesthetics and Application: The wood interior is treated to match various modern and classic interior designs, offering an exclusive product feel.
-
Thermal Performance: The system is available in two core models (using 24mm and 32mm polyamide bars) with identical external/internal looks, and allows for flexible, further thermal insulation upgrades using special materials to meet specific isolation level requirements.
-
Materials: It uses high-quality EN AW6060 aluminum, protected by anodizing or powder coating (QUALIANOD/QUALICOAT), with thermal breaks from leading producers (Technoform/Ensinger). The interior is solid hardwood (oak, ash, beech) treated for low moisture content.
-
Design & Hardware: The system supports the production of all types of residential windows and doors (single/multiple sashes, tilt-and-slide), and is designed for simple workshop production, using standard PVC window hardware.
A thermally broken profile system for an average budget, yet delivering solid/good technical performance.
Compatible with all other systems, especially in terms of visual integration.
Adapted for the installation of all types of window and door hardware (or fittings).
A perfect blend of cost-effectiveness and technical performance. Thermal systems for windows and doors are widely used in both residential construction and commercial and public buildings (schools, hospitals, nursing homes, etc.).
Our offering includes three basic models with a thermal break width of 24, 32, and 54mm, all with a completely identical appearance.
From both the exterior and the interior, these systems offer the flexibility to choose in accordance with the planned budget and desired technical performance.
Technical performance of the chosen system can be significantly improved with specific details and materials.
The installation of all types and configurations of double and triple-pane glass is possible.
XPS profiles fill the space of the thermal break between the polyamide strips, thereby significantly improving the thermal insulation of the window.
LDPE profiles are used to fill the space between the glass and the aluminum profile of the frame (sash), which significantly reduces air permeability under wind load, while simultaneously achieving a better level of thermal insulation.
Thermally broken profile system with a “hidden” (or concealed) sash.
Contemporary design with high technical performance.
Interior aesthetics free of redundant lines (or, a clean, minimal interior look).

Aluminum profile system without thermal break with a basic profile width of 48 mm.
Suitable for all types of interior partitions, doors, shopfronts, and portals.
To meet the diverse requirements of investors and system manufacturers, Aluminating offers two series of profiles without a thermal break on the market.
Aluminating 48 is a more robust system with a profile width of 48mm and a statically more stable geometry, intended mainly for external shopfronts and large-area portals with wider grids and greater heights.
There is hardly any high-rise building that doesn’t require this type of profile for the production of windows, doors, portals, shutters, skylights, or shopfronts. We are at your disposal to assist you in choosing the most rational and aesthetically acceptable solution for your project.
A system of aluminum profiles without a thermal break, featuring a basic profile width of 40 mm. Suitable for the production of doors, shopfronts, and portals where minimal visual participation of aluminum profiles is required.
To meet the diverse requirements of investors and system manufacturers, Aluminating offers two series of profiles without a thermal break on the market.
Aluminating 40 is a lighter and more elegant series adapted predominantly for interior partitions and doors, as well as for external portals with a lower static height.
Both systems are designed with a wide range of profiles and shapes to satisfy all current market needs, designers, and processors who wish to utilize the aesthetic and functional advantages of aluminum over other materials.
